FIFA 15 Players Fitness - How to increase squard fitness in FUT

If your play a team for a long time, you would notice the squad
got tired and the fitness increased. Once the player’s fitness under 70
that you can’t finish the whole competitive and easy to get hurt. Well,
how can we increase squad fitness?



There are two methods to increase players fitness in FUT.



Firstly, you can put the players into the SUB, while the recovery value associated with the player fitness consumption. As you can see:





The currency FIT   Increase Value

85-100                    +10

70-85                     +15

50-69                     +20

35-49                     +25

0-34                      +35



The Secondly, to buy Player Fitness Card:





How to use Player Fitness Card? In the Current Squad you can use it, the detailed process as follow:



- In the Xbox Platform, please press Y

- In the PlayStation Platform, please press triangle button

- In the PC Platform, please press Squad Actions



Then, you can choose the corresponding Player Fitness Card, just like the Players Contract. If
your club has the Fitness Coaches.These boost your team's fitness and
allow your players to Fitness ratings to drop as quickly. 





While, to protect your players well and Keep your team of combat
effectiveness the best way is collecting more excellent players so that
you can make sure your team always full of vitality and implement.

To Upgrade Lv 110 weapon easily in FFXIV Patch 2.4

Doyou want to have a great lvl 110 weapon in new patch? After the 2.4 Patch updated, the Mythology was canceled and Poetics was added. So, the usage of Soldiery has updated either. The Mythology you didn’t use out in Patch 2.3, you can exchange it to Soldiery by Mor Dhona. Now, we can upgrade our weapon more convenient!

Take the PLD’s Weapon as example (Only need 7 pieces of Token, because his shield can exchange by Soldiery. The other job need 10 pieces of Token )
First, we need to prepare 7 pieces of Rowena’s Token (Soldiery).To 130 Soldiery can exchange 1 Rowena’s Token through Auriana, so we totally need 910 soldiery.

How to acquire Soldiery, we can get it through daily quest and new three dungeon in patch 2.4! Of course, we can get 100 soldiery from Labyrinth of the Ancients, but it will take a long time.

After we collected 7 pieces of Token, we still need a Unidentified Allagan Tomestne to exchange 100 Lv weapon (Can get Unidentified Allagan Tomeston in Syrcus Tower).



Are you satisfied about ilv100 weapon? Of course not! We can easily to upgrade it to ilv 110, just only a Sands of Time which comes from Syrcus Tower.
